Introduction: The Fisher/Fisher Vee-Ball™ V150 Flanged Control Valve has a hemispherical construction valve with a specially designed corrugated V-notch. The Vee-Ball Control Valve combines the ruggedness of a linear valve with the high efficiency of a rotary valve.The shear action between the V-notch ball core and the spherical seal improves the flow performance of the valve during operation and better avoids clogging. The unobstructed, straight-through flow channel design increases the flow of gases, vapors, liquids, and fibrous slurries.The rugged HD metal seal construction provides long service life even in the toughest applications.

The flanged body design minimizes exposed pipe flange bolting, reduces alignment and installation time, facilitates safety valve installation, and improves pipeline tightness
Materials can be used in acidic liquid and gas applications. These structures comply with NACE MR0175-2002, MR0175-2003, MR0103, and MR0175/ISO 15156.
The inspection and replacement of the ball valve seal is carried out at the inlet of the valve body, without the need to disassemble the actuator or disassemble the valve.
The one-piece body improves the structural consistency of the body pressure bearing and eliminates leaks that can be caused by gaskets in two-piece, bolt-on body designs.
The optional ENVIRO-SEAL™ packing system is designed with a very smooth shaft surface and dynamically loaded packing for excellent sealing performance.
