The Fisher V270 is a three-piece, full-bore control valve fitted with a bottom shaft designed from the bottom up to optimize pressure, flow, and process control. The V270 full-bore ball valve can be automated in bypass, batch application, monitor, and emergency shut-off valve applications with virtually unlimited flow rates. The V270 full-bore ball valve is equipped with a composite seal and process type live load shaft seal packing for longer life and lower emissions.

Pressure-assisted, self-adjusting seals provide Level VI shut-off for long-term reliability. Designed with heavy-duty S31600 stainless steel bracket support combination seals.
A base bracket is included as standard to keep the valve upright.
The ball trunnion design is suitable for demanding applications that require long service life, low maintenance time and low cost.
A double-seal configuration is included in the design criteria.
Optional fire test structure.
