2. Clean up the processing technology

4. Apply flux
Non-plastic relays are very susceptible to environmental contamination of flux, and it is recommended to use anti-flux or plastic relays to avoid the intrusion of flux vapor from the finding end and the gap between the base and the chassis, and this type of relay is suitable for multi-bubble coated flux or painted flux processing technology. Anti-flux relays can further avoid flux intrusion if they are heated and air-dried.
5. Omron relay welding method
When applying flux or automatic welding, it should be careful, there is no need to destroy the characteristics of the relay, anti-flux relays or plastic relays can be applied to dip soldering or wave soldering process, but the maximum welding temperature and time should be controlled with the different relays selected.
