The function of Omron automotive Omron relay is consistent with the function of ordinary relays, and the relay plays the role of a switch in the electrical automation industry, that is, by controlling the on/off of one circuit, so as to control the intermediate link of the next circuit on/off. Automotive relays typically employ electromagnetic or solid relays. To put it bluntly, the electromagnetic relay is that the coil is energized to generate a magnetic field, attract dynamic electric shock, fit the static contact, and then connect the circuit. Moreover, most of the solid current is generated through the diode, and the electrons collide with an object similar to a triode, and when the photoelectric intensity reaches a certain value, the triode will be turned on and the next loop will be connected.
There are five classifications of Omron relays

According to the different uses, it can be divided into: functional relays and control relays. For example, flash relays, wiper relays, etc. belong to functional relays, while relays that simply switch on and off and convert the circuit belong to control relays.

According to the contact state, it can be divided into normally open type, normally closed type and mixed type.

Depending on the control method, the current type and voltage type current type control relay is a relay that operates according to a certain current value, and forms a practical circuit with other components, such as a flash relay for automobiles, the larger the current, the higher the flash frequency. Voltage relay is a relay that operates according to a certain voltage value, and the controlled circuit voltage is greater or less than a certain value, and the relay is turned on or off when the controlled circuit voltage is greater than or less than a certain value. For example, lighting relays, speaker relays, etc. The voltage relay is mainly used to control the large current consumption circuit, and the coil control voltage of the relay generally works above 7V and stops working below 5V.

According to the different connection methods, it can be divided into terminal post type and plug-in type.

Depending on the protection method, resistor-protected and diode-protected control relays can control large currents with small currents.
