（2）车身Z轴部分的转轴和机架部分应涂抹润滑脂，以润滑和防止生锈。

请注意，如果徒手触摸转轴和框架，或擦拭油脂，防锈效果就会丧失。

[1] 机器人本体

的安装基本作标准如下所示。以此作标准为参考，安装机器人本体。这个解释的前提是机器人安装底座已经准备好，安装底座上已经打开了固定机器人的螺丝孔。

请注意：安装时，请务必确保机器人机身和控制器上的序列号一致。

（1）需要两人或两人以上作。

（2）作人员必须佩戴安全帽、安全靴、防护眼镜和手套。

步骤1 检查包装是否完好，打开盒子，确认机器人是否完好。

步骤2 将第二轴压到机器末端，形成安全的搬运位置，卸下固定螺钉，将机器人机身从木箱支架上拆下。

请注意：卸下固定螺钉时，请握住**轴臂，以防止机器人翻倒。

步骤3

将机器人移动到机器人安装台的A面板上，用4个螺丝临时固定每个安装孔。

第四步

用4颗螺丝和固定机身的平垫圈固定机器人，固定机身的螺丝：用M8固定×25mm（强度差12.9）。

步骤5

螺丝拧紧扭矩：38±5N·m

【2】机器人本体

接地机器人本体接地端子应接地，接线尺寸为5.5mm2以上。

请注意：地线和接地电极使用专用产品。请勿与其他电源、电源或焊接机共用。
