The expert group unanimously agreed that the "centralized robot intelligent servo drive" project of Shanghai Xinshida Robot has been tested. The project has completed the content of the rules of the project agreement, reached the project implementation goals and assessment goals, and played an important role in supporting the intelligent process of domestic robots.

During the construction of the project, a total of 21 patents were requested, during which 12 invention patents were issued and 2 papers were published. The completion and mastery of the intelligent servo drive skills of Xinshida centralized robots have promoted domestic manufacturers to complete differentiation, reduce costs, and compete with foreign brands, which can bring the additional effect of increasing the share of automation products such as domestic robots.
The use of the results of this project has improved the skill level of key components such as robot control system, servo system, and software system, and promoted the vigorous development of the upstream and downstream industrial chain. According to the excellent performance of the centralized robot intelligent servo drive, the accuracy and beat of the robot body have been greatly improved, so that the use of the robot has expanded from simple transfer and loading and unloading to high-end use such as arc welding, spraying, and assembly, which has laid a solid foundation for the explosive increase in the use of robots.
The success of the project development will help improve the user's recognition of domestic industrial robots, break the monopoly position of foreign high-performance robots, promote the upgrading and upgrading of domestic equipment and improve the level of automation, and play a positive role in the use of demonstration.
