In the face of a series of challenges in recent years, such as rising labor costs, poor rubber tire manufacturing environment, and aging workers, the rubber tire industry is accepting the pressure brought about by the severe labor shortage crisis. In order to cope with these challenges, Zhongce Rubber introduced the new Shida robot tire laser lettering intelligent workstation through Gude Intelligent, implemented process iteration, and completed high-efficiency tire manufacturing.
In 2020, Zhongce Rubber cooperated with Xinshida and Gude Intelligent to jointly develop an intelligent tire laser lettering processing plan, which is mainly composed of Xinshida SR50/2180 six-axis robot, 3D laser vision system, laser engraving system and Mecanum wheel universal centering mechanism.
The plan adopts a new process to replace the traditional consumption of pre-embedded cycle cards, steel receipts and vulcanized hollow barcode consumption process, the workstation consumption beat fast, clear and beautiful lettering, smooth lubrication, no glue edge, etc., in order to meet the consumption process of the foundation, greatly improve the quality of the product.
At the same time, compared with the previous mold process, the program can sensitively complete DIY personalized customization, for example, carve anti-channeling QR codes, and customize small batches and personalized LOGOs.
The traditional cycle card and steel ticket process is time-consuming and laborious, and the cost of consumables is high. The cycle brand needs to be shut down and replaced every week, and the mold is easy to be damaged during operation, and the position and accuracy of the device are rough and there are gaps and rubber edges, and the consumption of the tire cycle brand is uneven, the rubber edge overflows, damage and flash, etc., which seriously affects the appearance of the tire; Each tire of the vulcanized tire number steel receipt needs to be manually placed once, and the workload is large; At the same time, because the steel ticket is easy to move and deviate on the mold, the position of the ticket is wrong, the font is pressed, etc., which does not meet the quality requirements, and the steel ticket is often stuck to the tire, and the tire scratch is easy to form when shaving; Periodic cards and vulcanized tire number steel receipts have defects such as rough fonts and easy to be imitated.
The tire laser engraving intelligent processing plan eradicates the overflow of periodic brands, reduces the repair rate, and improves the product quality; Completely bid farewell to the data, labor and error correction costs caused by the cycle card and steel ticket process, improved the utilization rate of vulcanizers, and completed cost reduction and efficiency increase; It can automatically interact with the consumer MES system, automatically generate data, open up the MES and WMS systems, and improve the degree of digitalization and intelligence.
After more than one year of stable operation, Zhongce Rubber is satisfied with the application effect of the tire laser engraving intelligent processing plan, and has recovered the equipment investment in less than a year, and has now implemented the application in various factories of the group.
