1. Air conditioning load

2. Crusher load

3. Large-scale kiln calciner load

In the past, most of the large-scale industrial converters (converters) such as metallurgy, building materials, and caustic soda used to use DC and commutator motors, slip motors, cascade speed regulation or intermediate frequency unit speed regulation. Because these speed regulation methods may have slip rings or low power, in recent years, many units have chosen frequency conversion control, which has an excellent effect.

4. Compressor load

Compressors also fall under the widely used class of loads. Low-pressure compressors are widely used in various industrial sectors, and high-pressure large-capacity compressors are more used in steel (such as oxygen generators), mines, fertilizers, and ethylene. The selection of frequency conversion speed regulation brings the advantages of small starting current, power saving, and optimization of equipment service life.

5. Rolling mill load

In the metallurgical profession, in the past, large rolling mills mostly used AC-AC frequency converters, in recent years, the selection of AC-DC-AC frequency converters, rolling mill communication has been a trend, especially in light load rolling mills, the selection of general frequency converters, satisfactory low-frequency load starting, synchronous operation between stands, constant tension control, simple and reliable operation.

6. Winch load

The winch load is selected for frequency conversion speed regulation, which is stable and reliable. The blast furnace winch equipment of the iron plant is the primary equipment for transporting raw materials for ironmaking. It requires stable start-up and braking, uniform acceleration and deceleration, and high reliability. Originally, the cascade, DC or rotor string resistance speed regulation method was mostly used, which had low power and poor reliability. 7. Converter load

For converter loads, the DC unit is replaced by AC frequency conversion, which is simple and reliable, and the operation is stable.

8. Roller table load

Roller table loads, mostly in the iron and steel metallurgy occupation, the use of communication motor frequency control, can improve the reliability and stability of the equipment.

9. Pump load

Pump load, large volume and wide area, including water pumps, oil pumps, chemical pumps, mud pumps, sand pumps, etc., there are low-pressure medium and small capacity pumps, as well as high-pressure and large-capacity pumps.
