4. Inverter device:

(1) The temperature is high in summer, and the ventilation and heat dissipation of the inverter installation site should be strengthened. Ensure that the ambient air is free of excessive amounts of dust, acids, salts, corrosive and explosive gases.

(2) In order to maintain the excellence of ventilation, the distance between the inverter and the surrounding obstruction should fit: 125px ≥ on both sides, and 300px ≥ upper and lower parts.

(3) In order to improve the cooling effect, all inverters should be vertically installed, in order to prevent foreign objects from falling on the air outlet of the inverter and blocking the air duct, it is best to install a protective mesh cover above the air outlet of the inverter.

(4) When a control cabinet is equipped with two or more inverters, they should be arranged side by side as far as possible, and if it is necessary to choose the longitudinal arrangement of the day, a diaphragm should be installed between the two inverters to prevent the hot air from the inverter below from entering the inverter above.

6. 8. Regularly check the ventilation and heat dissipation equipment of the inverter to ensure normal operation, especially the inverter's own fan, so how to judge whether there is a problem with the fan?

(1) Check the appearance of the fan to see if the power cord of the fan has fallen or been damaged; See if the fan blades are broken;

(2) Listen to the fan for abnormal sounds;

(3) If the above two points are normal, please check the F8-48 (cooling fan control) parameters, set it to 1, if the fan does not turn, at this time you should use a multimeter to check whether the fan voltage is normal, generally about 24V, if it is not normal, then the fan has a problem, try to change a fan, if 24V is abnormal, then unplug the fan power cord and then test 24V, after unplugging it is still normal, it is normal to indicate that there is a problem with the power board, if the power supply is unplugged but normal, then the fan may have an internal short circuit.
