The speed is basically normal, but it changes with the change of power supply voltage The reason for the instability of this speed is because there is a problem with the electronic speed stabilization circuit, which is most likely caused by the breakdown of the transistor. This breakdown is also different from a short circuit, in that the transistor is equivalent to a linear resistance between the collector and emitter, and when the applied voltage changes, it is directly applied to both ends of the motor through the fire voltage, so that the motor speed also changes. The same would be true if the transistor expansion factor dropped a lot.
5. The speed of the motor is sometimes normal, but sometimes it is unstable, often because of the poor contact of the trimmer potentiometer used for speed regulation. This kind of potentiometer is often used for a long time, and it will oxidize, form poor contact, sometimes interrupt the phenomenon, or cause instability due to the change of resistance value.
6. The speed oscillates, and the current is shaky, and sometimes the motor runs normally and can also regulate the speed, but after the load is added, the speed oscillates, such as detecting the motor current with an ammeter, and there is a shaky phenomenon. This may be due to a defect in the resistor that regulates the load stabilization rate, and the resistance value becomes larger, causing the positive feedback to be too large. When repairing, it can be replaced with a qualified resistor or connected in parallel with two resistors to make it more reliable.
