Programmable software limit switches limit the axis size of all robots and positioning axes. The software limit switch is intended for use only as a machine guard and is set to prevent the manipulator/positioning device from traveling to the end baffle of the machine.

The back-to-place alarm cannot start operation. It was found that the in-situ proximity switch of the workpiece fixed pallet was broken, and the robot body was manually returned to zero after being replaced. The robot is automatically returned to zero under normal condition by program control, and the manual return to zero is also our initial attempt, and the following process has been summarized after many tests:

(1) First, select the operation form switch on the robot KCP operation board to the teaching method

(2) Investigate whether the tightening shaft is dry with the workpiece when it returns to zero, and if it is not dry, it can be directly returned to zero, first press the page switch key to open the explorer, investigate the menu options at the bottom of the display, and select the zero program when the operation exits the product processing program at that time.

(3) Keep holding down the manual power switch (any of the 3 white buttons on the back of the KCP operation board can be arbitrarily any one), and press and hold the green button forward until the robot returns to the origin without moving, and after the return to zero is completed, the green zero character symbol will appear in the upper right corner of the robot tightening machine operation dialogue interface (Siemens display screen).

(4) If you dry and move to the full range according to the following method and then press the process 2 and 3 back to zero, first press the *** button of the white button in the vertical row on the left, and select the +- method in the manual movement method.
