(1) The E end of the high-voltage inverter should be connected to the shell of the control cabinet and the motor, and should be connected to the ground, and the grounding resistance should be less than 100Ω, which can absorb surge interference.

(2) The input or output of the high-voltage inverter is equipped with an inductive magnetic ring filter. Flatness and 3-4 turns, which helps to suppress higher harmonics (this method is simple and inexpensive).

(3) The above-mentioned magnetic ring filter can also be wound on the incoming line of the control signal end of the high-voltage inverter or the given end of the analog signal according to the field situation.

(4) In the electric control cabinet equipped with high-voltage inverter, the power line and signal line should be separated from the pipe and wire, and the metal hose should be well grounded.

(5) The analog signal line should be shielded wire, and the single-ended should be connected to the simulated ground at the high-voltage inverter.

(6) The interference can also be improved by adjusting the carrier frequency of the high-voltage inverter. The lower the frequency, the less interference, but the greater the electromagnetic noise.

(7) The RS485 communication port must be connected to the host computer by photoelectric isolation transmission mode to improve the anti-interference performance of the communication system.

(8) The power supply of the external computer or instrument should be separated from the power supply of the power unit of the high-voltage inverter, and an internal transformer should be avoided as much as possible.

(9) Independent shielding should be carried out in the interference of the instrument equipment, and the thermostat, PID regulator, PLC, sensor or transmitter and other instruments on the market should be equipped with a metal shielding shell and connected to the security ground. If necessary, the above-mentioned inductive magnetic ring filter can be installed at the power inlet end of such instruments.
