(1) Size selection
When replacing the thermostat, choose according to the original size; The newly added thermostat should take into account the overall coordination of the cabinet installed, too large to fit, too small to see the display, the same function of the thermostat, the price of large volume will be more expensive, small size may be slightly less functional expandability. The common dimensions (width× height) of thermostats are: 48mm× 48mm, 72mm× 72mm, 96mm× 96mm, 96mm× 48mm, 48mm×96mm, 160mm× 80mm, 80mm×160mm. Some European and American thermostats are expressed by 1/4DIN, 1/8DIN, 1/16DIN, and 1/32DIN: 1/4DIN is 96mm×96mm, 1/8DIN is 96mm×48mm or 48mm×96mm, 1/16DIN is 48mm×48mm, 1/32DIN is 48mm×25.4mm
(2) Working power supply
The working power supply is mostly 85-265VAC wide power supply, and the 24VDC power supply should be customized.
(3) Display the number of digits
The more digits you display, the more accurate the reading, and the more expensive it is. There are 3-digit, 4-digit, and 5-digit thermostats, and the thermostat with several digits can be selected according to the measurement accuracy requirements.
(4) Input signal
Thermocouples and thermal resistance can be directly connected to the thermostat, and the thermostat should be selected to figure out the type of measurement signal, whether it is a current signal or a voltage signal, a pulse signal or a linear signal, etc., and the size of the signal should be clarified, otherwise the purchased thermostat may not be used, or even damage the thermostat. The input signal of simple or economical thermostats is mostly a temperature sensor signal and cannot receive voltage and current signals.
(5) Output signal
The output signal of the thermostat includes relay contact output, thyristor contactless output, thyristor trigger output, SSR drive voltage output, linear current output, etc., and the corresponding output module should be selected to achieve it. The auxiliary output is used to expand the function, such as heating/cooling dual output control, current transmission output, and the second output of the controller.
(6) Thermostat function
The function of the thermostat can be customized by selecting a module, and the function should be determined according to the field application. The optional functions are: alarm function and the number of groups of alarm output, control type (bit control, time proportional control, PID control, self-tuning, etc.), control output (switching output, analog output, voltage output, etc., the size and power of the output voltage should also be considered), transmission output and the type of transmission output (such as 4-20mA whether photoelectric isolation, etc.), because there are many optional functions, should refer to the manufacturer's selection sample, and the manufacturer communicates to confirm that it is correct before ordering. Some thermostats can change the function of the thermostat by replacing the module in use, but they need to be set accordingly.
(7) Alarm and communication
The thermostat has the function of upper and lower limit alarm. When you need to collect data from the thermostat or monitor it on the computer, you should choose a communication function. Most of the thermostats use RS485 communication, and the communication protocol should be consulted with the thermostat manufacturer, and the corresponding communication protocol information should be provided.
(8) Special requirements
If there are special requirements at the use site, such as high temperature, humidity, strong interference, IP protection level requirements, etc., you should communicate with the thermostat manufacturer to confirm whether it can meet the requirements and make a special order.

RKC Level Gauge – Key points for using a float level gauge
1. The level gauge is adjusted normally, and it is found that the float is "absorbed" for a period of time in a certain position after it is put into use. This is mainly caused by the level gauge passing through the steel platform device and being spaced too close to the steel plate. Therefore, it is necessary to pay special attention to the level gauge to connect the pipe wall with the steel platform device.
