1. Sensor scale:

(1) In normal use (static test or quasi-static test, the frequency of use is not high), the scale of the sensor should be selected to consider the force value of the measurement, but also to consider the weight of the auxiliary tool (test fixture), etc., the general selection of the sensor scale is (measurement + tool) × 1.2-1.5 times.

(2) When used dynamically, the scale of the sensor is generally selected to be 3-5 times greater than the measuring force.

(3) Considering that when the maximum output of the equipment (servo motor, cylinder output, etc.), it is necessary to consider the effect of the pulse on the sensor. As a result, the size of the sensor at the time of selection is more than twice that of an overshoot.

2. Accuracy of the sensor:

(1) The accuracy of the sensor should be selected according to the requirements of the measurement system for the load cell.

(2) The induction accuracy of the sensor: &=(√(RL2+RR2+RH2+CP2))/4, the linearity of the sensor, hysteresis, repeatability, creep, sensitivity temperature affect the induction value, and the induction accuracy of the sensor is 2-3 times higher than the system accuracy.

(3) Sensor sensitivity S, confirm the resolution of the sensor, and confirm the system resolution.

3. Device method:

(1) Fixing method: thread, plane, accessories and other fixing methods.

(2) Device space: Confirm the size requirements of the sensor: length, width, outer diameter, etc.

4. Stress method:

Point force, surface force, through-hole force, tensile force, torque measurement, torque, multi-component force, etc.
