This drop can be a stressor problem. The pressure source itself is an unstable pressure, which is likely to be due to the weak anti-interference ability of the appearance or high-frequency pressure sensor, the vibration of the sensor itself and the sensor fault.
3. The output of the pressurized transmitter does not change, or the output of the pressurized transmitter changes suddenly.
The zero position of the pressure relief transmitter cannot be returned, which is likely to be a problem with the sealing ring of the high-frequency pressure sensor. It is common that due to the standard reason of the sealing ring, the sealing ring is compressed into the pressure port of the sensor after the sensor is tightened, and the pressure medium cannot enter when pressurized, but the sealing ring is suddenly broken when the pressure is high, and the high-frequency pressure sensor is changed by pressure. The best way to eliminate this problem is to remove the sensor and directly observe whether the zero position is normal, if the zero position is normal, you can replace the sealing ring and try again.
