Method 1

1. Hit the PLC from RUN to STOP

Mitsubishi's PLC has a special method of setting landing keywords, and it is necessary to ensure that the PLC is in a state of shutdown in order to successfully write the landing keywords.

When the RUN is running, a message will be displayed that says "PLC login keyword cannot be performed" when the write is performed.

2. Select the menu "Online" --> "Login Keywords" --> "New Login, Change" to complete the password setting.

1. Power on the PLC, connect with the computer through the programming cable, select "Online", → "Login Keyword" → "New Login" in the programming software GX-DEVELOPER, and write the password to be set in the box after the "keyword" in the pop-up dialog box, and the set password is 8 digits, which can be 0-9 numbers or A-F letters.

2. Click "Fulfill" after writing, and enter the same password again according to the prompts. The protection level of PLC is also different for different code settings, the initial text of the keyword is A, D-F, 0-9 will prohibit all operations, the initial text of B will prohibit the reading and writing of the program, and will not constrain the monitoring and change of the current value, the initial text of C only restricts the writing of the program, and does not constrain other operations.

1. First of all, choose the serial port debugging program. It is recommended to use the MultiCOMWatch debugger

2. For the plc of Mitsubishi FX series, its cipher verification process is through the clear code method, so the cipher code can be obtained through the supervised method. When the programming software is connected to the PLC, the PLC will send the code to the programmer (computer) and wait for the correct code to be entered for verification.

Method: Activate the MultiCOMWatch debugger to open Com1 (depending on the port connected to the PLC).

Confirm the Mitsubishi PLC type. Select according to the PLC type, and enter the corresponding string in the text of the multi-serial debugger. ( Description STX=02 ETX=03 )

3. After sending, a string of strings will be displayed in the acceptance box, which is the password back, if you can't see it, copy these strings into the HEX pattern and send them once to see. (Remember to disconnect the PLC before sending).
