1. Disadvantages of UVT
The common undervoltage detection point is the voltage on the DC bus side, and a low voltage value is sampled after dividing the voltage by the large resistance resistor, and the output voltage is normal signal, overvoltage signal or undervoltage signal after comparing with the standard voltage value. The sampling value of the voltage signal of the Mitsubishi A500 series inverter is obtained from the switching power supply side, and is blocked by the photocoupler.
2. Disadvantages of E6 and E7
E6, E7 shortcomings for the majority of users must be no stranger, this is a more common Mitsubishi inverter typical shortcomings, of course, the cause of damage is also many.
(1) Integrated circuit 1302H02 is damaged. This is an IC integrated circuit that integrates drive waveform conversion and multi-channel detection signals, and has multiple signals associated with the CPU board, in many cases, any signal presentation problem of this integrated circuit may cause E6 and E7 alarms;
(2) The signal blocking optocoupler is damaged. There are multiple strong and weak signals between the IC integrated circuit 1302H02 and the CPU board that need to be blocked, and the damage of the blocking optocoupler is still relatively high in the damage ratio of the components, so when presenting E6 and E7 alarms, it is also necessary to consider whether it is formed by such factors;
(3) The connector is damaged or the connector is in poor contact. Because the connection cable between the CPU board and the power board is simply broken after several twists and turns, virtual soldering, etc., if it is used improperly on the plug side, it is easy to show the phenomenon of pin twisting and breaking. Some of the above reasons may also form the shortcomings of E6 and E7.
3. Common shortcomings of series products
The A700 series, E700 series, F700 series and D700 series are being promoted in the market.
(1) Regarding the A700 series, sometimes you will encounter UV (undervoltage) shortcomings, so you can check the rectifier circuit. The rectifier bridge of the A700 series inverter below 7.5kW has a built-in thyristor, which is used to block the charging resistance during normal operation, and the damage of the built-in thyristor will lead to the appearance of undervoltage shortcomings. Switching power supply damage is also a common disadvantage of A700 series inverters, and the common damage device is an M51996 waveform generator chip, which is usually caused by sudden changes in operating voltage. The simpler local problems are mainly the power supply with 14 pins of the chip, 7 pins to adjust the voltage reference value, 5 pins to react to the detection, and 2 pins to the waveform output. In addition, in ordinary repairs, the CPU board will often be damaged. Common defect alarms are E6 and E7, and damaged devices are mainly concentrated in the program memory chip of the CPU board and some interface chips.
(2) Regarding the E700 series inverter, the common shortcomings encountered are Fn shortcomings, which are mainly caused by the damage of the fan. However, the inverter does not block the output when there is an alarm.

Mitsubishi low-power Z024 series inverter failure OC cause
(1) Aging of the drive circuit
Due to the use of a long period of time, it will inevitably lead to the aging of components, which will cause the drive waveform to be distorted, and the output voltage will be unstable, so OC alarm will often appear as soon as it is running.
