Robot palletizer is a high-tech product integrating electricity and machinery, and medium and low palletizing robots can meet the needs of medium and low output value. It can also complete the stacking of various products such as bags, rubber blocks, and boxes according to the required marshalling method and number of layers. It is mainly composed of the main body of the machine, the servo drive system, the arm organization, the end actuator, the end actuator conditioning organization and the detection organization, which can be set according to different material packaging and stacking sequences and parameters to complete the palletizing operation of different types of packaging materials. According to the function, it is divided into bagging, steering, bagging, marshalling, bag grabbing and palletizing, pallet storage, pallet transportation and the corresponding control system.
