(1) Is there any abnormal vibration, noise, or burnt smell?

(2) Is there any abnormal heating phenomenon at the cable connection?

(3) After turning on the control power switch, whether the power supply cooling fan rolls normally.

(4) Is there a fault in the switch parts?

(5) Is the cable connection and insulation in place?

(6) Is the cable broken or discounted?

Check the electrical connections

Please check whether there is any defective contact or insulation problem due to loosening or rust of the fastening screws of the cable connection on the input and output sides of the soldering power supply.

Grounding wire

Remove dust from the inside of the welder

If dust accumulates on the cooling plates of transistors and diodes, it will affect the heat dissipation and adversely affect the diodes and transistors. In addition, if dust accumulates between the windings of the transformer, it will form an absolute edge and age.
