2. Electronic thermal overload maintenance

This function is set to maintain the overheating of the motor, and it is a cost-effective Delta inverter that calculates the temperature rise of the motor according to the operating current value and frequency, so as to carry out overheating maintenance. This function is only applicable to the occasion of "one to one", and in the case of "one to many", thermal relays should be installed on each motor.

Frequency restriction is a maintenance function to prevent damage to the equipment in order to avoid misoperation or failure of the external frequency setting signal source, which causes the output frequency to be too high or too low. This function can also be used as a speed limit, in order to reduce mechanical wear, the upper limit frequency of the Delta inverter can be set to a certain frequency value, so that the belt conveyor can run at a fixed, low operating speed.

4. Electromechanical resonance

By setting the frequency jump value, you can avoid the resonance point. Generally, Delta's inverters are equipped with a frequency hopping function, which allows the user to set the hopping point and width according to the frequency of the oscillation of the system. In this way, when the motor is accelerated, it can automatically cross these frequency bands, allowing the operating system of Delta's inverter to operate normally.
