If the flow requirement is reduced when using frequency conversion speed regulation, the requirement can be met by reducing the speed of the pump or fan.

That is, the connection between the power consumption of the pump motor and the speed is approximately established in the square ratio. When the required flow rate Q is reduced, the output frequency of the Delta inverter can be adjusted to reduce the motor speed n proportionally. At this time, the power P of the motor will be greatly reduced according to the cubic connection, and the energy saving will be 40% to 50% more energy-saving than the conditioning baffle and valve, and then the intention of saving electricity will be reached.

For example, when the power of a centrifugal pump motor is 55 kilowatts, when the speed drops to 4/5 of the original speed, its power consumption is 28.16 kilowatts, saving 48.8%, and when the speed drops to the original speed l/2, its power consumption is 6.875 kilowatts, saving 87.5%.
