If the flow requirement is reduced when using frequency conversion speed regulation, the requirement can be met by reducing the speed of the pump or fan.
It can be seen from fluid mechanics that P (power) = Q (flow) × H (pressure), the flow rate Q is proportional to the square of the speed N, the pressure H is proportional to the square of the speed N, and the power P is proportional to the cube of the speed N. That is, the connection between the power consumption of the pump motor and the speed is approximately established in the square ratio. When the required flow rate Q is reduced, the output frequency of the Delta inverter can be adjusted to reduce the motor speed n proportionally.
