Control mode: speed control, rotation control, PID control or other modes. After adopting the control mode, it is generally necessary to carry out static or dynamic identification according to the control accuracy.

Minimum operating frequency: i.e. the minimum speed at which the motor can run. When the motor is running at low speeds, its heat dissipation performance is very poor. When the motor is running at a low speed for a long time, it will cause the motor to burn out. In addition, at low speeds, the current in the cable also increases, and the cable heats up.

Maximum frequency: the maximum operating frequency of the general inverter is 60Hz, some even 400Hz, high frequency will make the motor run at high speed, which is for ordinary motors, its bearings can not run beyond the rated speed for a long time, whether the motor rotor can withstand this centrifugal force.

Carrier frequency: The higher the carrier frequency is set, the larger the higher harmonic component, which is closely related to factors such as cable length, motor heating, cable heating and inverter heating.

Motor parameters: The inverter sets the power, current, voltage, speed, and maximum frequency of the motor in the parameters, and these parameters can be obtained directly from the motor nameplate.

At a certain point in the jump frequency, resonance may occur, especially when the overall device is relatively high; When controlling the compressor, avoid the surge point of the compressor.
