1. Initialize parameters

                               Debugging method of Delta servo motor

Before wiring, initialize the parameters.

On the control card: select the control method; Reset the PID parameter to zero; When the control card is powered on, the enable signal is closed by acquiescence; Save this condition to ensure that this is the condition when the control card is powered on again.

On the Delta servo motor: set the control method; The setting enable is externally controlled; the gear ratio of the encoder signal output; Set the proportional relationship between the control signal and the speed of the motor. In general, it is recommended that the design speed of Delta's servo motor in operation correspond to the operating voltage of 9V. For example, if you only want to let the Delta servo motor work below 1000 rpm, then set this parameter to 111.

2. Wiring

Power off the control card and connect the signal cable between the control card and Delta's servo motor. The following cables are required: the analog output cable of the control card, the enable signal line, and the encoder signal cable of Delta's servo output. After checking that there are no errors in the wiring, the motor and control card (as well as the PC) are powered on. At this time, the Delta servo motor should not move and be able to roll easily with external force, if not, check the settings and wiring of the enable signal. Roll the motor with external force, check whether the control card can correctly detect the change in the position of the motor, otherwise check the wiring and setting of the encoder signal.

3. Test the direction

In the case of a closed-loop control system, if the feedback signal is not directed in the right direction, the consequences can be catastrophic. Turn on the enabling signal of Delta's servo motor through the control card. This is the Delta servo that should roll at a lower speed, which is the legendary "zero drift". Generally, there will be instructions or parameters on the control card to press zero drift. Use this command or parameter to see if the speed and direction of the TV can be controlled by this command (parameter). If you can't, check the parameters of the analog wiring and control method. Acknowledging to give a positive number, the motor is forward rotation, and the encoder technology is added; A negative number is given, the motor is reversed, and the encoder count decreases. If the motor is loaded and the stroke is limited, do not use this method. Do not give too much voltage for the test, it is recommended to be below 1V. If the directions are not the same, the parameters on the control card or motor can be corrected to make them common.
