(3) In the process of starting, due to the large fluctuation of the grid voltage, it is easy to cause the soft starter to issue wrong instructions. Exhibits an early bypass phenomenon. (It is recommended that users do not start high-power motors at the same time,)
(4) Start at full load when starting (try to reduce the load when starting)
2. When the user uses the soft starter, the display screen is not displayed, or it is garbled, and the soft starter does not work. The causes of the failure can be:
(1) During the use of the soft starter, the internal wiring of the soft starter is loosened due to the vibration of external components (open the cover of the soft starter and plug in the display screen connection from the beginning)
(2) Faulty soft starter control panel (contact the manufacturer to replace the control panel)
3. During the debugging process, the starter report is out of phase fault, the soft starter fault light is on, and the motor does not respond. The reasons for rendering the failure could be:
(1) When the starting method adopts the live method, the operation sequence is wrong (the correct operation sequence should be to send the main power supply first, and then send the control power supply).
(2) Power supply phase loss, soft starter maintenance action (check power supply)
(3) The output end of the soft starter is not connected to the load (the soft starter can only operate normally after the output termination is connected to the load)
4. The user presents the phenomenon of starting end and the bypass contactor does not engage during use. The cause of the problem may be:
(1) During the start-up process, the maintenance device malfunctions due to the small setting. (Maintenance device can be set from scratch)
(2) During debugging, the parameter setting of the soft starter is unreasonable. (The main focus is on soft starters below 55KW, and the parameters of the soft starter are set from scratch)
(3) Poor contact of the control line (check the control line)
5. The soft starter fails when starting, the soft starter does not work, and the motor does not respond. The possible causes of the failure are:
(1) Motor phase loss (check the motor and peripheral circuits)
(2) The main component of the soft starter is short-circuited with the thyristor (check whether the motor and grid voltage are abnormal.) Contact the manufacturer to replace the thyristor)
(3) Breakdown short circuit of the filter board (replacement of the filter board is sufficient)
6. When starting, the overheating fault light is on, and the soft starter stops working:
(1) Frequent starting, resulting in excessive temperature, causing overheating maintenance of soft starter. (The number of starts of the soft starter should be controlled no more than 6 times per hour, especially for heavy loads)

7. Thyristor damage:
(1) When the motor is started, the overcurrent will break down the soft starter (check whether the power of the soft starter matches the power of the motor and whether the motor is started with load)
(2) The cooling fan of the soft starter is damaged (replacement fan).
(3) Frequent starting, high temperature will damage the thyristor (control the number of starts)

8. In the process of starting, the current is unstable and the current is too large. There may be reasons for this:
