According to the different degrees of short circuit, the inverter can display the short circuit of the SCF1 motor; SCF2 has an impedance short circuit; SCF3 is short-circuited to ground.

Causes of the problem: insulation problems with the cable from the motor or inverter to the motor; current transformer fault; The power strip contains |GBT power part of the problem; Faulty control board.

SCF1: When the output of the inverter is short-circuited between phases or the output to the ground, the hardware detects the fault and responds quickly (a few microseconds), and the current threshold that triggers the fault is between 3-4 times the rated current of the inverter.

SCF2: The inverter produces an impedance short circuit due to the output phase of the inverter or the output is relatively opposed, the software is used to detect this problem, the time is a few milliseconds, and the possible reasons for the output grounding of the inverter are: short circuit of the motor itself; If there are multiple motors connected in parallel, the cable length between the motor and the inverter is more than 80 meters, and the motor reactor or the sine wave filter on the output side of the inverter is not used to reduce the ground leakage current.

SCF3: When the motor is started or running, the output of the inverter is detected to have a short circuit with the ground, and the inverter detects that the output has a large leakage current to the ground.

How to deal with the problem: check the cable insulation between the inverter and the motor; Look at motor insulation; If the cable between the motor and the inverter is too long, the sine wave filter on the output side of the motor reactor or inverter should be used to reduce the ground leakage current; Reduce the switching frequency of the inverter and check whether the GBT power part is normal.
