Fault 1: Contact deviation

Phenomenon 1: The direction of the finger does not coincide with the mouse arrow.

Reason 1: After the driver is installed in the teach pendant, there is no vertical contact with the bullseye when correcting the bearing.

Treatment 1: Correct the orientation from the beginning.

Phenomenon 2: The contact in some areas is accurate, and the contact in some areas is biased.

Reason 2: A large amount of dust or scale has accumulated on the sound wave reflection stripes around the four perimeters of the sonic touch screen, which affects the transmission of sound wave signals.

Treatment 2: Clean the touch screen, pay special attention to clean the sound wave reflection stripes on the four sides of the touch screen, and disconnect the power supply of the touch screen control card when cleaning.

Fault 2: The teaching pendant does not respond to contact

Phenomenon: When touching the screen, the mouse arrow does not move at all, and there is no change in orientation.

Causes: There are many reasons for this phenomenon, which are explained below:

(1) The dust or scale accumulated on the sound wave reflection stripes around the four periphery of the sonic touch screen is very serious, resulting in the inability of the touch screen to operate;

(2) Fault with the touch screen;

(3) There is a problem with the touch screen control card;

(4) There is a problem with the signal line of the touch screen;

(5) The serial port of the host is faulty;
