2: ventilation and fire protection
(1) Welding robots will generate smoke and electric sparks during welding operations, and the smoke and dust contain gases that are harmful to the human body.
Therefore, to ensure excellent ventilation conditions during the welding process, mechanical ventilation filtration devices should be added if necessary, and personnel should wear masks to protect the environment and the health of personnel.
(2) Electric sparks will inevitably occur when the welding robot is welding, and the storage of flammable and explosive materials around the welding robot shall be stopped, and the necessary life-saving fire-fighting equipment shall be equipped together.
Three: Personnel handling
(1) The welding robot welding operation has a certain danger, the operator must carry out safety knowledge training, and equipped with the necessary protective equipment, non-operators and other irrelevant personnel to prevent entering the welding robot operation scale, do need to enter the wearing of protective equipment and have a special person to supervise.
(2) Avoid personnel around the welding robot to ensure that it is not damaged by arc and smoke.
Four: Equipment settling
Special attention should be paid to the settlement of the welding robot system, and there should be no exposure to the sun, rain, and soaking danger and outstanding ventilation.
The power supply of the welding robot has excellent grounding, and the emergency stop button should be set in a conspicuous and convenient operation position, and flammable and explosive materials such as gas cylinders should be handled in a separate area.
