2. Working environment: The working environment of Germany IFM pressure transmitter should be free of strong corrosion and avoid high non-working heat sources.

3. Device method: The ifm pressure transmitter should be fixed with the device bracket, and the device bracket should be directly welded to the transmitter to avoid damage to the sensor.

4. Cope with high temperature: When the pressure transmitter measures the measured medium higher than 60 °C, the impulse tube should be used to draw a distance to reduce the temperature and then introduce the transmitter. A globe valve should be installed on the transmitter side of the impulse pipe.

5. Vibration clarification: IFM pressure transmitter should avoid vibration, and there should be no additional force acting on all parts of the transmitter.

6. Common scale: the selection of the transmitter range scale should generally make 2/3 of the upper limit value of the normal pressure: when the pressure of the pressure source fluctuates greatly, 1/2 of the upper limit value should be the normal working pressure.

7. Output method: The output load should be drawn from the output socket or terminal.

8. Other requirements: single or more than two loads are allowed to be connected to the output circuit in series, but the sum of the resistors of each load should be less than the rule of the output load.

9. Power supply method: AC220V power supply model, there is a warning sign on the circuit board, please pay attention to the safe use.

10. Common errors: The connection pipeline between the transmitter and the medium is to transmit the pressure of the medium at the pressure intake port to the transmitter, and the reasons that may cause errors in the pressure transmission are roughly as follows, please pay attention to it. (1) Leakage, (2) Friction loss (especially in the injection system), (3) Liquid pipeline gas collection, (4) Gas pipeline collection liquid.

11. Special clarification; When measuring steam or other process media above 60°C, the medium temperature of the pressure transmitter should not be touched beyond the rules. The impulse tube is filled with process fluid to reduce the temperature of direct contact with the transmitter. Regarding the measurement of strong corrosive media, the use of chlorofluorine oil as the isolation liquid is generally an effective method.
