1. Transfer heat pipes for heat dissipation.

Dynamic torque sensors can be used in the production of viscometers, electric (pneumatic, hydraulic) torque wrenches, it has high precision, fast frequency response, good reliability, long life and other advantages.

Installation steps:

1. According to the connection mode of the shaft and the length of the dynamic torque sensor, determine the interval between the prime mover and the load, adjust the separation of the axis of the prime mover and the load relative to the reference plane, so that the coaxiality of their axis is less than Φ 0.03mm, and fix the prime mover and the load on the reference plane.

2. Separate the couplings into their respective shafts.

3. Adjust the interval between the dynamic torque sensor and the reference plane, so that the coaxiality between its axis and the axis of the prime mover and the load is less than Φ 0.03mm, and fix the dynamic torque sensor on the reference plane.

4. Tighten the coupling, and the device is completed.

Protection & Maintenance:

1. Grease the bearings at both ends of the dynamic torque sensor every other year. When adding grease, only turn the two head bearing covers open, add grease to the bearings, and then attach the two head covers.

2. It should be stored in a dry, non-corrosive, room temperature of -20°C--70°C.

Notes:

1. When the device is installed, it cannot be operated with electricity, and it must not be directly knocked or collided with the sensor.

2. The fastening bolts of the coupling should be tightened, and a protective cover should be added to the outside of the coupling to prevent personal injury.

3. The output of the signal line shall not be to the ground, short circuit to the power supply, and the output current shall not be greater than 10mA? The shield of the shielded cable must be connected to the common end of the +15V power supply (power ground).

Device application:

1. Application environment: The dynamic torque sensor should be installed in an environment with an ambient temperature of 0°C - 60°C, a relative humidity of less than 90%, and no flammable and explosive products. It should not be installed in an environment with strong electromagnetic disturbance.

3. Connection method: The connection between the dynamic torque sensor and the power equipment and load equipment

(1) Elastic pin coupling connection, this connection method has a simple structure, simple processing and convenient protection. The relative deviation of the shaft caused by the error of the device can be compensated for slightly, and the vibration can be slightly reduced. It is suitable for medium load, high and low speed operation occasions with frequent starting, and the working temperature is -20-70°C.

(2) Rigid coupling connection, this connection mode has a simple structure, low cost, no compensation performance, can not buffer and dampen vibration, and has high precision for the device of two axes. For operating conditions with very little oscillation.

4. Device requirements:

(1) The dynamic torque sensor can be installed horizontally or straightly.

(2) Power equipment, sensors, and load equipment should be installed on a solid foundation to prevent excessive vibration, otherwise data instability may occur, measurement accuracy may be reduced, and even damage to the sensor.

(3) Adopt elastic pin coupling or rigid coupling.

(4) The concentricity of the axis of the power equipment, sensor and load equipment should be less than Φ0.05mm.
