On the evening of Jan. 29, Eaton's Low Voltage Electrical & Control division received an urgent order from a medical technology partner for DC miniature circuit breaker products for power distribution around CT equipment. It is understood that on January 30, the first batch of 3 CT devices from the partner to Wuhan Huoshenshan Hospital will be delivered, and it is planned to urgently complete the installation and control of the equipment within 24 hours to ensure that the hospital will be put into the front line of anti-epidemic as soon as it is put into operation.
Under the urgent coordination of the factory director, the product was shipped, packaged and coordinated on the morning of January 30, and delivered to the partner's production site in a timely manner, cooperating with it to complete production and delivering the equipment to Huoshenshan Hospital as soon as possible.
These high-performance CT devices will be able to scan more than 300 patients per day, providing a foundation for the stable and efficient operation of the hospital.
The uninterruptible power supply system guards Huoshenshan Hospital
In extraordinary times, technology is not the most difficult, but the problem lies in the scheduling of resources. After the start of construction of Huoshenshan Hospital, Eaton's uninterruptible power supply business unit coordinated and mobilized materials from various parties to donate three sets of UPS and 112 sets of batteries under Eaton's and Shante brands to Huoshenshan Hospital on January 30. At the same time, Eaton's local partner in Wuhan, Wuhan Chaote Network Technology Co., Ltd., dispatched professional engineers to the site overnight to install, deploy and start up the equipment as soon as the equipment arrived, so as to ensure that the hospital's IT systems were foolproof after they were put into use.
The equipment worth more than 300,000 yuan donated by Eaton's power quality business unit is used to ensure the operation of Huoshenshan Hospital's monitoring series equipment, blood cell analyzer and automatic biochemical test analyzer, and protect the hospital's power stability.

On the evening of January 25, Wuhan Alp Intelligent Electric Co., Ltd., a partner of Eaton's medium voltage distribution and complete product business, received a letter from Wuhan Caidian District and Jiangxia District Power Supply Bureau, asking it to cooperate with the power rush construction of Huoshenshan and Leishenshan hospitals overnight. As the team responsible for cable construction, they race against time to dock the cable, connect the cable to the switchgear, cooperate with the power company to efficiently complete the installation and commissioning of the cable, and effectively ensure the progress of the construction of the power supply network.
At 10 p.m. on January 28, the cable line of Leishenshan Hospital was successfully electrified, and the power line of Huoshenshan Hospital was also energized on January 31.
