Dublin, Ireland – Eaton, an intelligent power management company, announced the completion of its acquisition of Royal Power Solutions in United States. Royal Power Solutions is a company of high-precision electrical connection components for the electric vehicle, energy management, industrial and mobility markets. Under the terms of the agreement, Eaton paid Royal Power Solutions $600 million, or approximately 13.6 times the company's 2022 EBITDA valuation.
