Eaton's greenhouse gas emissions were reduced by 13.6% compared to 2015, which means that the company has achieved half of its 20% greenhouse gas reduction target for 2025.

By the end of 2018, nearly 50% of the company's production sites had achieved zero waste to landfill. The company is committed to achieving zero waste to landfill at all manufacturing sites by 2030;

Based on the company's biennial employee survey, the results of the 2018 employee survey showed that 81% of employees who participated in the survey said they were proud to work for Eaton;

Nearly 5,000 company executives completed the company's program on inclusion and diversity;

In 2018, 50% of the company's board of directors represented a diverse group;

The company invested $584 million last year to help accelerate innovation in its product portfolio. This investment will help in part accelerate the modernization of the grid, further advance energy storage solutions, and improve the durability and recyclability of products;
