Pilz safety relays, safety laser scanners, pilz modules, PSEN safety switches, encoders and safety gate gratings are the characteristics of pilz safety door switches in Germany.
The safety gate switch is composed of two independent parts: the switch body and the operating part of the switch. When the safety door is opened, the switch actuator is pulled out of the switch body and the normally closed contacts in the switch are disconnected by a mechanical rebound device. When the safety protection door is closed, the switch actuator is inserted into the switch body, and the normally closed contact is closed at this time, so that the drive or control system of the machine and equipment can be energized to work. Under no circumstances are safety protection switches with separate actuators allowed to be used as mechanical stop switches. For the safety door switch, it is a switch that cannot be easily operated by using common tools such as keys, coins, screwdrivers, flat nose pliers, knives, etc., in addition to the use of devices (keys, etc.), so as to avoid safety problems caused by misoperation or malicious operation.
What Pilz safety switches do:
The safety switch, as the name suggests, is of course a safety protection.
For example, the safety switch used in a washing machine:
Almost all fully automatic washing machines will have a safety switch. When the washing machine is running at high speed, such as spinning, if the user opens the top cover of the washing machine (or opens the top cover to a certain height), the washing machine stops working, and a beep beep is sounded, and the corresponding error code is displayed on the display.

Pilz: Safety control solution for SIL4 at rail level crossings
On fully enclosed rail transit lines, viaducts or tunnels are usually used to avoid the impact of rail lines on the distance, while on non-fully enclosed rail transit lines, the plane intersection between the railway and the distance, that is, level crossings, is more common.
In the early stage, rail transit ...

Maintenance method of Germany PILZ Peel magnetic relay
Maintenance method:
1. When selecting the solid-state relay used in the printed circuit board with small current specifications, because the lead terminal is made of high thermal conductivity material, the soldering should be carried out under the condition that the temperature is less than 250 °C and the time is less than 10S.

Peel magnetic relay - how to adjust the voltage of high and low voltage relays?
1. Determine the voltage range that needs to be regulated: First of all, you must clarify the voltage range you need to regulate, as well as the specifications of the high and low voltage relays and the voltage range that can be adjusted. If there is no clear scope and specifications, you can check the relevant manuals of high and low voltage relays or consult the equipment manufacturer.

Pilz: Overrun measurement – for safe distances
On machines with electrosensitive protective devices (e.g. laser scanners or light curtains), safety is ensured by the distance between hazardous movements and electrosensitive protective devices. Where there is intervention/access to the danger zone, there will be no more runaway movements.
Overrun is a dangerous movement that stops after a shutdown ...

The working principle and characteristics of Pilz safety relays
Pilz safety relays generally consist of an iron core, a coil, an armature, a contact reed, etc. As long as a certain voltage is added to both ends of the coil, a certain current will flow through the coil, resulting in an electromagnetic effect. Under the action of electromagnetic attraction, the armature overcomes the pulling force of the return spring and sucks in the iron ...
