Function description: workpiece loading and unloading.
Function description: Elite EC66 cooperates with the robot and the large ring double-claw AG95 to complete the efficient loading and unloading action. In the simulated production process, the loading and unloading movements from the pallet to the function station are used for efficient production by means of double jaws. Based on the characteristics of Elite with robot collision detection and flexible installation, efficient and flexible loading and unloading in a small space is easier to achieve.
Typical application cases: a foundry in East China - matching size detection platform loading and unloading, a home appliance manufacturer in South China - hot melt machine loading and unloading.
Action Description:
1. EC66 grabs the workpiece to be processed from the semi-finished product tray;
2. Move to the simulation function station (here is the three-jaw pneumatic chuck) and grab the processed workpiece from the chuck;
3. The chuck is loose, EC66 is launched, the attitude is adjusted, and the workpiece to be processed is placed on the chuck;
4. EC66 moves to the finished product pallet and places the processed workpiece;
5. Repeat the above 1-4 movements. The EC66 cobot is matched with the OnrobotRG2 jaw to complete the movement operation of the printed circuit board. In the simulation of the production process, the movement from the pallet to the test cabinet. Based on the support of multiple communication modes and the simple and fast debugging process of Elite cobots, the automatic upgrading and transformation of the production line has been realized quickly and quickly.

Action Description:
1.EC66 moves to the feeding tray, opens the electric gripper to grab the printed circuit board;
2. Move the printed circuit board to the test tray acupoint of the simulated station;

4. Grab the printed circuit board that has completed the test and move it to the feed tray (simulating the finished product tray at this time);
5. Repeat the above 1-5 movements.
Integrated locking.
Function description: Elite EC66 cobot is matched with Desoutter electric locking tool to complete multi-angle absorption locking action. In the simulated production process, the locking action of the M12 screw can be supported by various angle and torque requirements. Based on the characteristics of flexible installation and trajectory reproduction of Elite cobots, it is more likely to upgrade the flexible automatic locking of the production line.
Typical application case: a water purifier manufacturer in East China - shell locking, an automobile manufacturer in North China - lamp locking.
Action Description:
1.EC66 moves to the nail feeder to absorb the screws;
2. Move to the photoelectric switch and check if the screws are there;
3. Move to the workpiece for locking;
