In order to better serve the end customers, the company decided to locate in a first-tier city at the beginning of its establishment. After many times of communication and on-site investigations, Elite suggested that customers can start from the process of pill box packing, first try to replace the robot with a manual packing at the original station, and replace the manual packing at the station with an Elite EC66 collaborative robot, with a load of 6kg, a working radius of 914mm, and a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.03mm. The robot terminal uses a suction cup to suck up the medicine box and pack the medicine box, and the staff only needs to change the carton regularly.
Follow-up customers proposed to speed up the packing speed and control costs.
