In fact, the birth of composite mobile robots is indispensable to the demand of the market. With the development of various industries, enterprises are more urgent for the transformation of workshops, and then in the post-epidemic era, the demographic dividend has disappeared, and the demand for automation upgrading and flexible production lines in factories has become increasingly obvious. According to the data of the China Mobile Robot (AGV/AMR) Industry Alliance, according to the statistics of the New Strategic Mobile Robot Industry Research Institute, 560 new composite mobile robots were added to the Chinese market in 2020, an increase of 115.3% over 2019, and market sales reached 260 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 40.5%.

The composite mobile robot is composed of a mobile platform, a robotic arm, a vision module, an end effector, etc., and is the culmination of robotics. 01 Assist subway security and intelligent inspection applications
The application integrates the Elite EC66 (6kg load) collaborative robot, with a dead weight of only 17.5kg, and the power of 250w is less than 1/4 of the traditional industrial robot compared with the traditional industrial robot with the same load, ensuring that the AGV trolley can achieve a higher endurance time when running. The project adopts a composite mobile robot solution combining collaborative robots and SLAM trolleys, and one composite mobile robot corresponds to 8 machine tools, replacing people to complete 7×24 hours of machine tool loading and unloading. The on-line loading and unloading system of the composite mobile robot replaces the previous manual loading and unloading, which not only reduces the work intensity of personnel, improves the production efficiency and production quality of the production line, and increases the production capacity by more than 20%; At the same time, the system is modular, and the platform has good compatibility for future product variants and different processes, which maximizes the protection of customers' investments.
03 Automotive industry, smart charging
The gradual rise of new energy trams in the automotive industry has become a general trend, and with it comes the problem of setting charging piles. Especially in public parking lots, it is difficult to avoid the parking demand for non-charging fuel vehicles if there are too many charging spaces, and it is difficult to balance the two. The emergence of composite mobile robots can optimize resources to a greater extent. Compared with the fixed charging pile, the advantage of the composite mobile robot is that the equipment is no longer limited by the location, it receives the instruction to automatically go to the designated place, the collaborative robot combined with the vision system to accurately identify and insert the charging port, and charge the vehicle, Elite combined with its own collaborative robot advantages and ecological partners to create a mobile intelligent charging robot, has been successfully applied to a well-known new energy automobile factory in North China and East China.
