　　First of all, the correct operation steps of the Pilz safety relay are demonstrated:

Measure the contact resistance.

Using the resistance file in the table, measure the moving point resistance and the normally closed contact, the resistance value of which should be 0, (in this way, the contact resistance value can be measured within 100 milliohms); The value of resistance between the normally open contact and the moving point will be unlimited. This makes it possible to distinguish which one is NO and the other is NC.

Measure the coil resistance.

The resistance value of the power relay coil can be measured in the 10Ω position of Table R× to determine whether the coil is open.

Measure adsorption current and adsorption voltage.

Find an instrument that can regulate the regulated current and power supply, input a set of voltages to the power relay, and connect an ammeter in series in the power supply circuit for monitoring. Slowly increase the mains voltage. When the sound absorption of the power relay is heard, the sound absorption current and sound absorption voltage are recorded. To make the recording more accurate, you can try a few times to get an average.

Measure the release current and release voltage.

Also like the connection test mentioned above, when the power relay is engaged, and then gradually reduce the power supply voltage, when you hear the power relay release sound again, write down the current and voltage at this time, you can also try several times to achieve the average release current and release voltage.
