1. Determine whether the safety relay itself is faulty:
1. Separate from the three circuits of short-circuit S10/S12, S11/S12, S21/S22.
2. Turn on the 24V power supply (A1 is positive, A2 is negative), and the Power light should be on at this moment;
3. Reset the S33/S34 terminals, and the K1 and K2 lights should be on at this moment.
If the indicator light is not on, it indicates that there is something wrong with the safety relay itself. Please identify the problem and record the number and feedback it to the after-sales room of the service department.
2. Determine whether there is a problem with the external wiring of the safety relay:
1. The safety relay is in the energized state
a) Power lights on, K1, K2 are not on;
Causes: (1) The S11/S12 circuit is open; (2) S11/S12 circuit and S21/S22 circuit produce a short circuit b) Power light is on, K1 is on, K2 is not on;
Causes: (1) The S10/S12 circuit is open; (2) the S21/S22 circuit is open;
c) Power lights, K1 and K2 are not lit;
Cause: A1/A2 power wiring is problematic;
2. The safety relay is presented after being powered from the head:
a) Power lights on, K1, K2 are not on;
Causes: (1) The S11/S12 circuit is open; (2) The S10/S12 circuit is open; (3) The S21/S22 circuit is open;
b) Power light on, K2 on, K1 not on;
Cause: The S33/S34 circuit is short-circuited, and the reset button is broken;
c) Power lights, K1 and K2 are not lit;
Causes: (1) A1/A2 power wiring is problematic; (2) S11/S12 circuit and S21/S22 circuit produce a short circuit;
Note: K1, K2 After correcting the wiring when a certain light is not on, you need to turn off the power supply G13.4 and power on the safety relay from the beginning before resetting. After correcting the wiring when the K1 and K2 lights are not on, you can directly press the reset button S14.5 to reset.
