(2) Robot-environment interaction system

Industrial robots and external equipment are integrated into a functional unit, such as processing and production units, welding units, installation units, etc. It can also be a combination of multiple robots, multiple machine tools, or multiple parts storage devices into a functional unit that can perform messy tasks.
2. Control part
The control part is equivalent to the brain part of the robot, which can directly or manually control the robot's actions, and the control part can also be divided into two systems:
(1) Human-computer interaction system
The human-computer interaction system is a device that enables the operator to participate in the control of the robot and communicate with the robot, such as the standard terminal of the computer, the command console, the information display board, the danger signal alarm, the teaching box, etc. Briefly, the system can be divided into two parts: the instruction system and the information display device.
(2) Control system
The control system is mainly based on the operation instructions of the robot and the performance mechanism controlled by the signals reflected back from the sensor to complete the movement and function of the rules. According to the principle of control, the control system can be divided into three types: program control system, adaptive control system and artificial intelligence control system. According to the mode of movement, the control system can be divided into two categories: the point control system and the track control system.
Through the harmonious operation of these three parts and six systems, the industrial robot has become a high-precision mechanical equipment, with the characteristics of high precision, strong stability and fast operation speed, which has laid the foundation for the enterprise to improve production power and product quality.
