The motor operating with the power frequency power supply may form a decrease in power when regulating the speed, and after the adjustment of the inverter, the motor can reduce the power loss when the speed is regulated.
3. Energy saving
The reason why the inverter can achieve the role of power saving and energy saving in most cases is that the frequency converter controls the speed of the motor, but in fact, most of the speed regulating equipment can reach this role, so it is significant that we can not determine that the inverter is an energy-saving product.
The condition for the inverter to complete the power saving is the speed regulation characteristics of its load, those spare parts that have a greater impact on the power, such as centrifugal fans and centrifugal water pumps, etc., the conditioning effect of the inverter is significantly better than the conditioning effect after its own speed regulation operation, and the inverter can actually achieve the role of energy saving and power saving under such conditions.
If the spare parts handled by the frequency converter are constant torque loads or even constant power loads, then in the case of a decrease in speed, the power drop is not significant or the power remains stable, so the use of the frequency converter can not achieve the same energy-saving effect as before, and even can not save electricity at all.
Whether there is a big difference between the power of the variable frequency governor and the power of the digital DC governor, this problem also needs to be considered in combination with the actual situation, under some conditions, the DC motor is higher than the power of the communication motor and the power factor is higher, so the communication asynchronous motor and the frequency conversion governor are not more energy-efficient than the DC motor and the DC governor.
