5. The impedance of the power supply line should not be too small. When the capacity of the distribution transformer is greater than 500KVA or the capacity of the distribution transformer is greater than 10 times the capacity of the inverter, or when the inverter is connected to the distribution transformer very closely, due to the small impedance of the circuit, a large surge will occur on the inverter instantaneously, which will damage the rectifier elements of the inverter. When the line impedance is too small, a communication reactor should be installed between the power grid and the inverter.
6. When the three-phase voltage unbalance rate of the power grid is greater than 3%, the peak value of the input current of the inverter is very large, which will form the inverter and connect to overheat or damage the electronic components, and the communication reactor needs to be installed. In particular, when the transformer is V-shaped, it is more severe, and in addition to installing a reactor on the communication side, it is also necessary to install a DC reactor on the DC side.
7. Do not install too large capacitors on the incoming side because of the improvement of power factor, nor can you install capacitors between the motor and the inverter, otherwise the line impedance will decrease, and the inverter will be damaged by overcurrent
8. The outlet side of the inverter can not be connected in parallel to compensate the capacitor, nor can the capacitor be paralleled in order to reduce the high-order harmonics of the output voltage of the inverter, otherwise the inverter may be damaged, in order to reduce the harmonics. For the occasion when the inverter drives the ordinary motor for constant torque operation, it should be avoided to run at low speed for a long time, otherwise the heat dissipation effect of the motor will become worse and the heating will be severe.
