Mitsubishi Electric's three-electric transformer hybrid demonstration power station adopts an on-board rechargeable battery energy storage scheme, with a capacity of 33 kWh for Delta motors, and four 125 kW power conditioning systems (power conditioning system; Four 50 kW PV inverters with a conversion efficiency of up to 98.6%. Delta's energy storage solution is an important key to the system. In addition, it is in close contact with the reciprocating diesel generator according to the driving force regulations, which can stabilize the power supply and distribution system.


The results show that the three-power switch hybrid integrated power transformer system combines renewable energy (e.g. solar power plant) with reciprocating generator sets and rechargeable batteries to achieve the best level of operation. The main advantage of this system is that it can stabilize the volatile organic compound output of renewable energy according to the three types of power transformers, and it means that it is an environmentally friendly and diversified distributed power generation capacity system to provide low-cost energy demand.

The configuration of the network cabinet and the design of the simulation scheme are coordinated with the fire resistance of the refrigerator and the breathing system method of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, thus maintaining the stability of the internal temperature and extending the life of the rechargeable battery. The system software of the cabinet environmental monitoring system, power conversion, safety and fire protection and other subsystems are all combined in a 20-foot or 40-foot main road, making full use of the advantages of integrated scheme design. It can be deployed quickly and flexibly, which not only greatly reduces the cost of infrastructure projects, but also effectively reduces the development schedule and provides a reliable solution.

Ke Jinxing, the person in charge of Delta's subsidiary, said that with the increase in the requirements for the setting of distributed power transformers, Delta wants to cooperate with MHIET to promote the planning of high-efficiency and environmentally friendly products such as energy storage systems, power engineering adjustment system software, and light starters for this milestone three-power transformer and demonstration power plant, which takes into account the requirements of many applications around the world.
