The connection line between the motor and the inverter should not be too long, otherwise there will be attenuation and waveform distortion.

In some occasions where rapid braking is required, it is necessary to purchase appropriate braking resistors and braking units and other accessories according to the braking power.

2. Long-term operation and low frequency

Generally, it is not suitable to plan the motor operation below 8HZ, even if it is a vector control inverter, it is necessary to try to prevent such use, mainly in the case of low frequency, the waveform is severely distorted, and the sine wave is too far away, the motor operation function is poor, and the torque is severe attenuation and heating. This can be achieved by increasing the transmission ratio and then increasing the output frequency of the inverter.

If you must work for a long time in a low-frequency situation, you can use a special inverter motor, or maybe the motor is forced to be air-cooled or even water-cooled to cool down.

Optimize the operating environment

3. Pay attention to the correctness of selection

The motor is the heart of the equipment and the power source for almost all loads. When planning the selection of equipment, it is necessary to summarize the torque and power required by the load, and then select the appropriate motor power and torque.

4. Problems with equipment and load

Mechanical equipment may be loaded, if there is any abnormality, such as the gear of the transmission organization or the bearing is broken, then the resistance becomes larger, the output of the motor will also become larger, some situations are severe, may show the motor stall phenomenon, the current will be very large, although most of the inverter will cause overload and overcurrent to cause alarm shutdown, but there are also some critical situations, perhaps the protection parameters of the inverter are not set, the same will form abnormal phenomena such as heating. In this case, of course, it is necessary to start from the mechanical equipment and load to solve the problem. For example, the inverter controls some liquid transfer pumps or air supply fans, etc., due to problems such as dirty pipelines and bending, the current of the motor and inverter is too large due to the formation of resistance, which should be cleaned in time.
