Power outage handling

External fault handling
If the input signal is open, the output line is open, the phase is broken, the insulation resistance is very low, the motor is faulty or overloaded, etc., the Rexroth inverter shows an "external" problem and trips or stops, after eliminating the fault, the Rexroth inverter can be restarted.
Internal fault handling
If the internal fan of Rexroth inverter is broken or overheated, the fuse is broken, the equipment is overheated, the memory is wrong, the CPU is faulty, etc., it can be switched to the power frequency operation first, which does not affect the production, and the internal fault can be eliminated after the inverter operation can be resumed. Rexroth inverter internal fault, no-load test is normal, after loading, there is an "overcurrent" trip, perhaps the starting torque setting is not enough or the acceleration time is not enough. There are also times when the moment of inertia decreases, resulting in "overvoltage" tripping during deceleration, which can be solved by appropriately increasing the acceleration time.
Check the following based on the appearance of the problem
1. After opening the chassis, first observe whether there is a broken wire, virtual welding, burning smell or deterioration of components in the Rexroth inverter. If so, it should be dealt with in a timely manner.
2. Use a multimeter to detect the resistance value and on-off resistance of the diode, switch tube, and module to determine whether it is on or off. If so, replace it with the original nominal value and withstand voltage value, or replace it with the same type.
3. Use dual oscilloscopes to detect the waveform of each working point, and use the step-by-step elimination method to judge the faulty parts and components
The problems that should be paid attention to during maintenance are as follows
Beware of false connections, miswires, especially do not connect the power cord to the wrong output terminal. When the temperature is too high, the inside of the Rexroth inverter is easy to condense, especially when the equipment is closed and turned on again. The temperature of the converter is cooled down due to a faulty power supply of the converter. Its insulation performance will be greatly reduced, if the inside of the converter at this time dust accumulation is more, and can not be sorted out in time to protect and maintain, the converter will have a high fault rate, and may even damage multiple devices at the same time.
