If it is found that the speed of the hydraulic cylinder drops or the car is stuffy, the oil replenishment pump should be dismantled and inspected, and the impeller edge should be checked for scratches and whether the gap of the internal gear pump is too large.
2. For the self-priming piston pump, the oil in the hydraulic oil tank shall not be lower than the lower limit of the oil standard, and a sufficient amount of hydraulic oil shall be maintained. The cleaner the hydraulic oil, the longer the service life of the hydraulic pump.
3. The most important component of the bearing piston pump for hydraulic pump is the bearing, if the bearing has clearance, the normal clearance of the three pairs of friction pairs inside the hydraulic pump cannot be guaranteed, and the hydrostatic support oil film thickness of each friction pair will also be destroyed, and the service life of the piston pump bearing will be reduced.
According to the information provided by the hydraulic pump manufacturer, the average service life of the bearing is 10,000h, and if it exceeds this value, it needs to be replaced with a new port. The dismantled bearing, without professional testing instruments can not detect the clearance of the bearing, can only be used visual inspection, if found that the surface of the roller has scratches or discoloration, it must be replaced. When replacing the bearing, you should pay attention to the English letters and model of the original bearing, most of the piston pump bearings are used in large load capacity bearings, it is best to buy the original manufacturer, the original specifications of the product, if you replace another brand, you should consult the bearing experienced personnel to check the table for replacement, the purpose is to maintain the accuracy level and load capacity of the bearing.
4. Inspection and repair of three pairs of friction pairs: the plunger rod and cylinder bore can be repaired according to the replacement standard of plunger pump parts, when the various clearances of the parts are out of tolerance:
(1) If the cylinder is inlaid with copper sleeve, it can be repaired by replacing the copper sleeve. First of all, trim the diameter of a set of plunger rods to a uniform size, and then polish the outer diameter with sandpaper of more than 1000#. There are three ways to install copper sleeves in the cylinder:
a. Heating and hot charging of the cylinder block or low-temperature freezing and extrusion of copper sleeve, interference assembly;
b. Adopt Loctite adhesive assembly, which requires a groove on the outer diameter surface of the copper jacket;
c. Cylinder bore tapping, copper sleeve outer diameter processing thread, coated with Loctite glue, screwed into assembly.
(2) The repair method of the cylinder block and copper sleeve of the melting combination method is as follows:
a. Repair cylinder bore by grinding rod, manual or mechanical grinding;
b. Adopt a coordinate boring machine to re-boring the cylinder bore;
c. Use a reamer to repair the cylinder bore.
(3) Adopt "surface engineering technology" in the following ways:
a. Plating technology: plating a layer of hard chrome on the surface of the plunger;
b. Brush plating technology: brush and plate wear-resistant materials on the surface of the plunger;
c. Thermal spraying or arc spraying or electric spraying: spraying high carbon martensitic resistance
(4) Most of the cylinder materials without copper sleeves are ductile iron, and amorphous films or coatings are prepared on the inner wall of the cylinder. Because the inner wall of the cylinder bore has this special substance, it can form a hard-hard matching friction pair. If you blindly grind the cylinder bore and grind off the surface material of the inner wall of the cylinder bore, the friction and structural performance will be changed. If the friction pair with the coating removed is forcibly used, the temperature of the friction surface will rise sharply, and the plunger rod will be glued to the cylinder bore
5.
