Alarm code A04 refers to<电机过载>:

Alarm mechanism: The overload rate of the drive accumulates to a certain threshold and triggers an alarm.

Causes:

1. Servo motor brake control circuit problem;

2. Robot power cable problem;

3. The drive parameter setting is wrong;

4. The phase of the servo motor is wrong;

5. The mechanical load of the shaft joint is too large;

6. The phase sequence of the servo motor power cable is wrong;

7. The driver or motor is damaged;

Solution:

1. Observe the running load rate of the motor, observe whether the load rate is abnormal through Un003, if it is normal, it may be the driver damage, power cable problem, mechanical transmission problem, etc.;

2. Check whether the power line and encoder line between the driver and the motor are damaged, and check whether all connectors and plugs are loose;

3. Judge whether the motor brake can be opened normally, enable it on the JOG by jogging through Fn002, if you can't hear the sound of the brake opening and closing, you need to further judge whether the motor problem or the brake control line problem;

4. Remove the power connection plug on the drive side, and detect the impedance value of UV, UW, VW on the plug, if the impedance value difference is large, it can be determined that there is a problem with the power cable or motor;

5. Check whether the impedance of the three-phase winding is normal on the power socket side of the motor, if the impedance value difference of UV, UW, VW is large, or the three-phase of U, V, W is short-circuited with the "ground" in the socket, it means that there is a problem with the motor;

6. If the specific cause cannot be directly investigated, the driver can be replaced, the cable can be connected, and then the driver, motor or cable problem can be analyzed according to the alarm situation.
