Too much spatter: it may be due to improper selection of welding parameters, gas composition or too long extension of the welding wire, you can appropriately adjust the power of the machine to change the welding parameters, adjust the gas ratio instrument to adjust the share of mixed gas, and adjust the relative orientation of the welding gun and the workpiece.
