Robot ontology components

The robot ontology refers to the mechanical part of the industrial robot, also known as the manipulator, which is the operating mechanism of the industrial robot, and refers to the original and itself of the industrial robot. The overall robot is also composed of other supporting software and supporting equipment. The basic structure of the robot body is composed of five parts: 1. a transmission component; 2. a fuselage and a walking mechanism; 3. an arm; 4. a wrist; 5. Hands.

                              Robot ontology components

The robot ontology falls under the category of device integration. According to the mechanical structure, the robot body can be divided into Cartesian coordinate robots, SCARA robots, articulated robots, parallel robots and others. Different types or occupations of robots have different requirements for technical indicators. For example, the welding robot in the automobile occupation has higher precision and speed requirements for the articulated robot body, while the palletizing robot and transfer robot have higher requirements for load ability, and the SCARA robot used in the electronic occupation has higher requirements for accuracy and speed. The global industrial robot market is mainly for articulated industrial robots.

The body structure of the robot is the body structure and mechanical transmission system, as well as the supporting foundation and actuator of the robot. The structural characteristics of the robot body are: 1. The robot body can be simplified into an open motion chain that is connected to each connecting rod end to end and the end is open, and the structural stiffness of the robot body is poor, and changes with the change of space orientation; 2. Each connecting rod of the robot body has an independent driver, and the movement of the connecting rod is independent, and the movement is more sensitive; Generally, the connecting rod mechanism has 1-2 prime movers, and the movement between the connecting rods is bound to each other. 3. The torque of the connecting rod drive changes messily, which is related to the orientation of the actuator.

Robot ontology enterprises can effectively integrate upstream parts enterprises and downstream system integrators. Robot body manufacturers are responsible for the production, processing, assembly and sales of industrial robot pillars, arms, bases and other components and precision reducers, and the application and integration can be implemented by the ontology enterprises themselves, and can also be completed by integrators.
