3. To disassemble the winding, the wiring method of the winding, the position of the lead wire, the insulation condition, the number of slots, the number of coil poles, the type of wire diameter, the number of turns, the span of each turn, the length of the stator core and the inner diameter scale should be recorded in detail.

4. Winding embedding wire: first determine whether to use a single or multiple enveloped wire according to the type of wire diameter, no matter how many wires are used and winding, the sum of the cross-sectional area must be common or very close to the original wire type (refer to error plus or minus 0.02mm). 5. Dip in insulating paint, dry, and after the winding coil is tied, first use a megaohm shake meter to measure the insulation resistance to ensure that there is no problem with the insulation, and then pour the insulating paint and put it in the oven to dry.

6. Device motor, check the winding drying condition, insulating paint is not sticky, insulation resistance is greater than 0.5 trillion ohms, the device should be disassembled in reverse order, the need to replace the parts to be maintained, to deal with the device after processing, such as bearings, ball clearance large demand replacement, each repair requires refueling and maintenance, the device is very important, to ensure that each component is outstanding, the device is in place.
