The Multi Physics Box enables Condition Monitoring. Whether it's motors, pumps, conveyor belts or fans – measurements of temperature, vibration behavior and shock can be indicative of faulty processes that can lead to mechanical or equipment failure. Based on the sensor data, faults can be identified at an early stage and maintenance can be planned based on the condition. The result: cost savings through reduced unplanned downtime.

The combination of several measured dimensions forms a reliable data basis for Condition Monitoring.

The Multi Physics Box can be integrated into an existing system as a stand-alone sensor, or it can be used as a complete solution with a software environment with additional sensors and Cloud Services.

The condition of the equipment can be easily monitored by means of parameterizable limit values, which enables reliable planning of maintenance work.

The Multi Physics Box makes it easy to interpret data. For example, the sensor detects vibrations via MEMS elements and processes them directly depending on the configuration. The final data output provides an indication over a range of time and frequencies that are easier to parse than pure raw data. Vibration limits can be monitored with multi-level alarms in accordance with ISO 10816-3. Optional triggers ensure accurate and repeatable measurements.

Pre-processed interval data reduces the amount of data to be transferred.

Thanks to the flexible parameterization method, the sensor can also be used in a wide range of applications.
